SHIPPING POLICY

Nautinati ships its products nationwide across India, ensuring swift dispatch, typically within 24 hours of placing an order. We deliver every day except Sundays and National holidays, with no extra shipping fees above the purchase of ₹499.

Delivery timing: Anticipate receiving your order within 3 to 5 business days from the dispatch date for all areas served by reputable couriers, excluding Sundays and holidays. Deliveries for larger items or those exceeding 2 kilograms may take slightly longer.

Transparent pricing: The final price, encompassing all charges, will be clearly shown during checkout. There are no hidden costs applicable to any order.

International shipping: At present, we exclusively provide delivery services within India and do not ship to locations outside the country.

Parcel tracking: Upon order confirmation, we will email you the name of the courier company and the tracking number. If you don't see this email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder. Please note that tracking details may take an additional 24 hours to appear online. Furthermore, once your order is dispatched, you will receive an order confirmation and tracking notification via WhatsApp and email.

Undelivered orders: Our delivery partners will attempt delivery three times before returning the package to our warehouse. To expedite delivery, please provide your mobile number in the delivery address.
